Indian Vice President CP Radhakrishna visit to Sri Lanka
C. P. Radhakrishnan, the Vice President of India, is set to visit Sri Lanka for two days. His agenda includes talks with President Anura Kumara Dissanayake and Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya, according to a statement from the President’s Media Division. Earlier today, a meeting took place at the Presidential Secretariat between Prabath Chandrakeerthi, the Chief of Staff to the President, and Dr. Satyanjal Pandey, the Deputy High Commissioner of India. They discussed the initial plans for the Vice President's official visit to Sri Lanka. The meeting also covered Indian-funded projects that have been completed and those that are planned for the future, as noted by the PMD. Other attendees included Maitrey Kulkarni, Development Cooperation Adviser at the High Commission of India, Dr. Rambabu C., Political Adviser and Head of Chancery, and Roshan Gamage, Senior Additional Secretary to the President.
