The National Child Protection Authority (NCPA) has announced that it received over 10,000 complaints in 2025. Shanika Malalgoda, the Director of Planning and Information at the NCPA, shared that the total number of complaints was 10,455 during the year. She spoke at a media briefing today (06) at the Government Information Department to promote awareness about child protection in Sri Lanka.
