Enforcement of mandatory seat belts law for vehicles using expressways postponed

The law that requires all drivers and passengers in vehicles on expressways in Sri Lanka to wear seat belts, which was set to start today (20), has been delayed. This announcement was made by Bimal Rathnayake, the Minister of Transport, Highways and Urban Development.
