LAUGFS Gas PLC has announced a change in the prices of domestic LPG cylinder refills, starting from midnight today (05). The company explained that this price change is due to current market conditions. For the Colombo District, the cost of a 12.5 kg cylinder has gone up by Rs. 1,070, making the new price Rs. 5,700. At the same time, the price for a 5 kg cylinder has increased by Rs. 418, bringing it to Rs. 2,280. LAUGFS Gas PLC also reassured customers that they have worked hard to manage costs before making this adjustment. The company will keep a close watch on global market trends and will try to pass on any positive changes to consumers when possible.
