
A pharmacy owner in Hatton has been taken into custody by the Hatton Divisional Anti-Corruption Unit for selling psychiatric drugs to young people without proper medical prescriptions. This arrest happened after officials received a tip-off that the suspect was selling these controlled medications to youths at inflated prices. Acting on this lead, the authorities organized an operation that involved an undercover police officer to catch the individual. During the raid, around 1,400 medicinal tablets intended for sale were confiscated. The Hatton Divisional Anti-Corruption Unit stated that the suspect will appear in front of the Hatton Magistrate’s Court.
