Two people have been apprehended in Bentota for having more than 5 kilograms of heroin. The arrest took place during a special operation conducted by the Police Narcotics Bureau (PNB) in the Bentota Police Division after receiving a tip. The suspects, who are 40 and 45 years old, both live in Bentota, according to police reports. Investigations into the case are ongoing.
