Three individuals lost their lives and two police officers were hurt in a shooting near the Israeli consulate in Istanbul on Tuesday, according to reports. A video from Reuters captured a police officer drawing his weapon and seeking shelter as gunfire erupted. One individual was visible with blood on them.
