Three arrested over illegal vehicle possession and forged documents racket

Three people were taken into custody by the Western Province North Crimes Division for having vehicles that lacked valid registration licenses, according to police reports. The arrests occurred during an investigation into a suspect linked to a vehicle trafficking ring using fake documents. The suspects were caught in Meegahawatta and Kandana. Authorities confiscated three cars, two jeeps, a lorry, and a motorcycle during the operation. The individuals arrested are aged 21, 39, and 44, and they live in Kandana and Meegahawatta, as stated by the police. The Western Province North Crimes Division is continuing its investigation.
