A road accident in the Poththapitiya area of Hatharaliyadda has resulted in one death and two injuries. Police reports indicate that a three-wheeler, while heading towards Hatharaliyadda, lost control and fell into a steep drop. The driver and two passengers were injured and taken to Hatharaliyadda Hospital for treatment. Sadly, one of the injured individuals passed away during medical care, according to police. The victim has been identified as a 48-year-old man from Hatharaliyadda. Investigations into the incident are ongoing by Hatharaliyadda Police.
