Foreign national dies after jumping off bridge to avoid oncoming train

A foreign national died after jumping off a bridge into a canal to escape a train in Pinwatta, Panadura, according to police reports. The individual was walking on the railway tracks when the incident occurred. Additionally, three other people sustained injuries in the event.
