A person has reportedly been shot and injured near a supermarket at Dondra, within the Gandara police division, a short while ago. The injured shooting victim, said to be a fishmonger in the area, has been admitted to the Matara Hospital. Reports indicate that the perpetrators, who arrived in a grey car, opened fire before fleeing the scene. The victim has been identified as a fish trader in the area known by the alias ‘Delight’.
