Residents in three districts of Sri Lanka have been warned about possible landslides due to heavy rain in the region. The National Building Research Organisation (NBRO) has issued these early warnings, which will be active from 10:00 p.m. today (05) until 1:00 p.m. tomorrow (06). Level-1 (Yellow) warnings apply to the following areas: In Kandy district, the Udadumbara Divisional Secretariat Division and nearby regions; in Matale district, the Wilgamuwa Divisional Secretariat Division and surrounding areas; and in Nuwara Eliya district, the Walapane Divisional Secretariat Division and its surroundings.
