People are advised to stay hydrated and take breaks in shaded areas while working. Those indoors should check on elderly and sick individuals. It is important not to leave children alone in vehicles. Outdoor activities should be limited, and individuals are encouraged to find shade and stay hydrated. Wearing lightweight, light-colored clothing is also recommended. For more information, please refer to advisories from the Disaster Preparedness & Response Division, Ministry of Health, or contact 011-7446491.
