Parliament will discuss the Public Security Ordinance on Friday, March 6, 2026. This debate is set to take place from 11:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., according to the Department of Communication. Following this, the Resolution under the Essential Public Services Act will be approved at 5:00 p.m. without further discussion. From 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., the Government will introduce an Adjournment Motion for debate. Additionally, as previously arranged, the time from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. is reserved for Parliamentary Business according to Standing Order 22(1) to (6).
