A man has been caught for taking a mobile phone valued at almost Rs. 300,000 from a Russian woman in Unawatuna. The Unawatuna Tourist Police made the arrest after looking into a complaint from the foreign national. During the arrest, the police found the stolen phone with the suspect. Officials have announced that they will pursue further legal steps against the individual.
