Today, most areas of Sri Lanka will experience mainly dry weather. However, the Department of Meteorology has cautioned that these dry conditions are likely to change starting tomorrow, the 23rd. In the early morning, there may be ground frost in some locations within the Nuwara-Eliya district. Also, mist is expected in certain areas of the Western, Sabaragamuwa, Central, North-western, North-central, and Uva provinces, as well as in the districts of Galle, Matara, Ampara, and Vavuniya during the early hours.
