Ex-Minister Rishad Bathiudeen appears before Bribery Commission

Former Minister and current Member of Parliament Rishad Bathiudeen visited the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC) today, on the 5th of the month. This visit was in response to a summons from the commission. The Bribery Commission began looking into the rental of a building in Rajagiriya that was used by the Ministry of Agriculture during the last government. Rishad Bathiudeen, who was a Cabinet Minister at that time, was called to give a statement regarding this matter.
