An individual named Gayan Wickramathilake, who allegedly maintained the ‘OnmaxDT’ database, has been arrested by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) in Dubai for the alleged fraudulent pyramid scheme. Police said that he has been brought back to Sri Lanka by CID officers.
