With the daily count of new Covid reaching 2,275 yesterday, the Colombo district recorded 438 cases as the highest, the National Operations Centre for Prevention of COVID-19 Outbreak (NOCPCO) said. They said the Gampaha district stood next with 410, Kalutara 241, Kurunegala 100, Galle 261, Nuwara Eliya 179 and Kandy with 138.
