Kabir Hashim condemns attacks

Minister Kabir Hashim yesterday condemned the recent acts of violence at religious places of worship in Mawanella. “As soon as I heard about the recent attacks, I instructed the police to investigate and arrest those responsible. Two suspects have been arrested by the authorities and will be subjected to the full extent of the law," he said in a statement.
