Strike hits Iranian university, gas outage in Tehran
A strike at Sharif University of Technology has led to a gas outage in several areas of Tehran. According to BBC Persian, some buildings on the campus, such as the technology center and the university mosque, seem to have suffered damage. This morning, images from Iran's capital showed thick smoke rising. In another part of the city, an airstrike on a residential building resulted in the deaths of 13 people. The mayor of the district where the university is located stated that the gas supply was temporarily cut off due to the attack. Since the beginning of the war, various universities in Iran, including Tehran University of Science and Technology and Shahid Beheshti University, have also been affected.
