Couple injured in train-car collision at Wadduwa

A young couple was injured in a collision between their car and a train at a railway crossing in the Wadduwa area, according to police reports. The incident occurred when a train traveling from Maradana to Galle struck the vehicle. Both the man and woman, who are 26 years old, were inside the car at the time. They were first taken to Panadura Hospital for medical care and later moved to the National Hospital in Colombo.
