Two people have died, and 15 are missing after a boat overturned today (6) at Gurunagar Jetty in Jaffna, Sri Lanka. Hospital officials reported that three of the rescued individuals are in critical condition. The boat was carrying 25 pilgrims heading to the Palaitivu Festival when it capsized.
