The Department of Meteorology reported that most areas in Sri Lanka will experience mainly fair weather. However, there may be some showers or thundershowers in a few locations within the Southern Province, as well as in the Rathnapura and Monaragala districts, after 2:00 p.m. Additionally, misty conditions are expected in several places across the island during the early morning hours.
