Ex-Trade Ministry Secretary Priyanka Madduma Bandara arrested by Bribery Commission

Priyanka Madduma Bandara, who previously served as the Secretary to the Ministry of Trade, has been detained by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC). The Bribery Commission reported that Madduma Bandara and two other individuals were arrested due to suspected corrupt practices related to the selection of a supplier for the Mahapola online lottery.
