New circular issued on restoring livelihoods of cyclone-affected communities

A new circular has been released to help restore the livelihoods of those affected by Cyclone Ditwah in Sri Lanka. This circular is based on Budget Circular No. 08/2025, which was dated December 5, 2025, and includes relevant updates. The new amendments and clarifications in the circular are designed to ensure that the measures outlined in Sub-No. 8 of the table in Budget Circular No. 08/2025 are carried out more effectively and efficiently.
