Two criminal gang members and female suspect brought back to Sri Lanka from Dubai

Early this morning, on January 16, Sri Lanka welcomed back two members of well-known criminal gangs who are wanted for several murders. They were repatriated from Dubai. Alongside them, a woman was also brought back; she had been arrested with the suspects in Dubai. Police stated that she lives in Mount Lavinia and is wanted for allegedly misusing state funds. Upon their arrival at the airport, authorities took all three into custody, and investigations into the suspects are currently ongoing.
