LNP - Online appointment system for new passports to be launched soon

The Department of Immigration and Emigration says that an online appointment system is being prepared for applications to obtain passports and that it will be launched soon. It further said that currently there are 50,000 blank passports available and that a stock of 100,000 passports will be received in November with another 150,000 expected in December.
