Two men were arrested by the Army with 10.4 kg of ICE (methamphetamine crystals) which has a street value of more than Rs. 150 million at a Mannar roadblock this morning. Army said the two men were attempting to shuttle those drugs from Thalaimannar to Vangalai area in a cab.
