Read the article, if you have time and a thirst for knowledge. If such a technology could be tested for deployment in modular sections (pre-fabricated units), and are not costlier than building coal-fired power plants, then this is something Sri Lanka should show interest on:

Yes, I hope they will have a happy life, starting in 2015. But, part of me also feels sad. Thousands of youths had their future messed up like this. Many are now middle-aged men and women. Very sad. I hope Sri Lankan Tamils never go on this path again, after being mislead by conniving politicians in Sri Lanka and Tamil Nadu.

In the future, I hope the Tamil Diaspora become more like the Indian NRI`s - they promote trade ties, bring in investment, and act as roving Ambassadors for India.

    See you guys.

Before I go, I want to share my excitment over what is happening in the North. Check for the updates here:

Our Hon. Governor, the civil servants, and good-willed foreign aid is well at work. Sri Lankan does have a bright future ahead! The Tamil people who suffered for such a long time are indeed thankful. They may not show it now. But, have patience. They will in the future.

    JolyRoger,

What can I do? There are too many people like him. Bitter and sad about the past. And can`t stomach the changes underway now. That too, so quickly. So, denial is their final retreat. It is too late for the old guys. They will not change now.
