| How could JVP unite a country when their political party itself torn apart and now trying pull Sarath Fonseka to win? This is funny. People never vote JVP, there are some who remember what JVP did for the country in the history killing many innocents. Sarath Fonseka must go in a different direction. JVP is not the way to go. |

Even now destroying properties, students lives..... etc. They use innocent and poor people with their revolution. I know personally one of the Ex-leader of JVP, who is a billionaire, has two large fishing boats (factories)

Tha chaps who used to do mega frauds under UNP governments are waiting to do their corrupted activities again...

MR & GR had done their duty to the said 'decorated' soldier..and now Y he is becoming so ungrateful.... Time will tell.
What's wrong for SF to have high expectations to go up in the leadership ladder?
People can look for self actualization as per Maslow theory.
It is not the high expectation . It is called the greed even before SF comes to power. If he become the president he will be the most corrupt president ever. He is so ungrateful & never satisfied with what he has.
SF was a hero but now when we get to know about his corruption stories not only he has been losing respect but also working on his way to be a zero.
Basically he has become GAY to have a threesome with RW & MS.
People who are praising him now are in the minority. If you put that in another way the are all UNP & JVP supporters. |

After presidential election in 2005, UPFA played 'divided and rule' game and Weerawansa was taken out. Plan was to divide JVP into two and bury Somawansa fraction. But in party politics, individuals fade away, but parties never die. At the end, Weerawanse has become a full pledged comedian. |

JVP is bad but they are influential.
UNP is rotten but they do have over 30% voters.
Minorities have 15%.
what will be the fate of Left, when SLFP JHU and coalition divides. |

JVP is bad but they are influential.
The strength of JVPers does not simply depend on number of their vote base, but the remarkable ability of organizing and advertising. That is how since 1994, UPFA kept winning with help of JVP. People do not vote JVP simply due to 'impractical ideas' but they admire their creative ways. So this helps host parties in the coalition to extract more votes. |
