MR may be the best choice out of all the competitors.
Can't even imagine Ranil in ruling the country when he can't even run a good opposition to the ruling party.
What people of SL needs to do now is build a strong opposition party. kick ranil out and elect a good competitor within UNP. |

If anybody needs a change the dirty politics in sri lanka,you got to give a try with SF,he is a independent man.This is a very good opportunity for all of us. we will never get this chance again.
All we need is a democratic ,developed country. if he fails to do his job right, It is gonna be very easy to kick his bu!!. cause there wont be any party to back him up.
I have no trust on the guy who cheated tsunami funds.It was very pathetic. |

Before any reconciliation leaders are trying to score from war...few will end up in war tribunals if things open up.
This is the sad and pathetic side of Sinhalese.
Ranil will never be the head of Parliament as his party or group does not have majority.
From which point they going to start.../ |

apart from kicking the a55 of LTTE.

Then we can have all the crooks in UNP, JVP, Mano Ganesan, TNA, Mangala sitting in the same jumbo cabinet..

The JVP says it is not apprehensive about being part of the same Cabinet as its b te noire, the Tamil National Alliance, dubbed in Parliament as the mouthpiece of the LTTE, in the event of a caretaker government being formed with UNP Leader Ranil Wickremesinghe as Prime Minister.
In reply to a question whether the JVP had no difficulty in sitting with the TNA in the same Cabinet after being critical of the latter s pro-LTTE stance, JVP Parliamentary Group Leader Anura Kumara Dissanayake said he saw no reason why his party could not do so because the caretaker government to be formed would consist of all political parties represented in Parliament.

why do jump to conclusions.
If SF sides with TNA,JVP or RW to caretaker government..that seals off MR's second term.
Voters are not that dumb...they feel the dividends of peace in real time. |
