I think the winner needs 50% majority. Otherwise you have to count the 2nd preference. If that is the case, SF can come in front. I am not sure about this preferential vote system. Someone can verify.
For the 2nd preference, The two contestants who receive the most votes will be considered.

I vote for RW, Mangala, Rosy, Saagala and Mono Gonosan.
Obviously, Sri Lanka will be corrupt free if they're elected (since nobody can be as corrupted is MR!), and will be good neighbors with Eelam too. All Sri Lankans can live happily ever after, side by side with Peelam. No nepotism, no cronyism, no corruption! FAN-TAS-TIC
