Mahinda and the present rulers are the curse of the Sinhala race. Even Duttu Gemunu honored Ellalan and built a monument in Ellalan memory, after a long battle with him ordered the prince, and commanders to honor him. But, the current Sinhala rulers are ordering the Sinhalese to destroy the tombstones of Tamils. If anyone equates Mahinda to Dutu gemunu, then he is actually insulting Dutu Gemunu.
