The biggest difference between the SLA and LTTE is.. the SLA will fight better and better when they win.. but the more they loose the easier it is to defeat them.. As i learned first hand from some charles anthony cadres.. The SLA usually have a big problem with their morale.. if even a few start running.. pretty much everyone becomes Runnersingas..
The LTTE fight to the death.. they'll only retreat if they get the command to do so.. it's not about winning or loosing for them.. It's about doing your very best no matter what you face.. This is why even after so many loses the LTTE have been able to make a come back and gain so much..
Any defeat for the LTTE will do little for their morale.. but even a single defeat for the SLA will have cripling effect.. So seeing that the LTTE have air power will surely bring down the morale of the SLA ;-)
SO.. it's perfect timing on the part of the LTTE to strut their stuff ;-) |

Whether, LTTE did not that or not, this is their intention.If this happened to a western country of one of their formidable allies, by now Kilinochchi and Mullativu would be full of HOLES an many LTTE trained civilians dead.
LTTE flying Airplanes against the CFA.
In order to protect the CFA,
it is GOSL's duty to attack those LTTE bases including the airstrip/planes. |
