Can Prasad Samarasinghe elaborate as to why the LTTE would massacre a Tamil family? Were they traitors?

So many of the denials of Prasad hs been proved wrong. He reminds me of the spokesman for Saddam Husein before he was overthrown.

What did Prasad say when the five young youth were murdered by the STF, even Mahinda accepted that this is the work of STF?

The problem with the Singhala press is that they are twisting the truth too far, this will backfire on them.

In this war, we have learnt time & time again that the LTTE will go to any lenghts to discredit the GOsl & the Armed forces........

At this crucial juncture, ltte is desperately short of real propaganda material and they need to create such an incident & get their mouth piece to state a tamil family have been the victim to set their propaganda machinary in motion.........

I will not be too surprised if the ltte had set this up as the defence forces have been too careful to get involved in such atrocities.

Unfortunately, even that Bishop of Mannar too has been silent........ Very strange...........

Maninder and friends,

If you suggest that the petition is to be submitted to the UN, specifically to the Secretary General Mr. Kofi Annan
we could expect justice. I would sign up.

I don't believe that Mahinda can reciprocate with an impartial inquiry. Mahinda's integrity is diluted, tarnished to be precise, by those who are supposed to be loyal to the president. Our President is handicapped.

Maninder

I would be happy to support your proposal for an online petition.

There is a rumor that the LTTE itself liquidated the mannar guy, for being suspected of involvement with Karuna, and the massacre. The sources are not very clear or credible, while there are too many loud voices trying to give the credit to the SLA, for morale purposes.

Whoever did it, attacking unarmed civillians is not acceptable. It needs to be investigated, and culprits dealt with.

Dada

why would the LTTE massacre someone? You could very well ask that many thousands of times, and whether the replies you get are acceptable as judicious or not will depend on your own sense of justice and whose side you are on.

The fact remains that death is the LTTE's core business, and massacres are how they get more bang for the buck.

I'm still trying to gather my self together after seeing the pictures of this heinous crime.

To who ever committed this crime,

I wonder how you sleep at night

I wonder how you go back to your loved ones keeping your heads up right

WHY????

Is this the language of power we all know to speak?

Do they deserve to die like that?

Don't they have compassion to spare the innocent lives they took?

Is this the barbaric society we are living in?

I'm disturbed.

Pluto100, Sir !
I feel your heart. I see here very few like you. Others are more cruel and enjoyed in this killings. For them the victims are Tamils .So they celebrate it.
