Since the start of the war on Saturday, over 1,000 civilians have died in Iran, including many children, as reported by the Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA) based in the US. As of Tuesday afternoon ET, the group confirmed that at least 1,097 civilians lost their lives, with 181 of them being children. Additionally, HRANA stated that more than 5,400 civilians have been injured, which includes 100 children. The organization noted that this report is preliminary and is in the process of confirming many more reported deaths.
