Approximately 20% of the world's oil travels through this strait, and ongoing conflicts have significantly lowered sea traffic and caused global oil prices to rise sharply. Trump added, "We will also target easily destroyable sites that would make it almost impossible for Iran to rebuild as a nation again—Death, Fire, and Fury will come upon them. However, I hope and pray this does not happen!"
