Members of the Sri Lanka Broadcasters’ Guild had a meeting with Marc-André Franche, the United Nations Resident Coordinator in Sri Lanka, in Colombo. The focus of their discussion was on current media trends and changes in the broadcasting field, both locally and globally. They also talked about important laws, such as the Prevention of Terrorism Act (PTA) and the Right to Information Act, along with other related topics. This meeting took place at the Office of the UN Resident Coordinator in Sri Lanka.
