US Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated that the world will be “safer and better” once the mission against Iran is completed. While speaking at an event in Washington DC, Rubio explained that the US is focused on a mission against “the world’s largest hostage taker” and “the world’s leading sponsor of terrorism,” referring to the Iranian regime. He highlighted that the mission’s objectives are straightforward, including eliminating Iran’s capability to launch missiles, destroying the factories that produce these missiles, and dismantling their navy. Rubio asserted, “We are well on our way to achieving that objective,” adding that “every single day this regime in Iran has fewer missiles, fewer launchers, their factories are operating less, and their navy is being weakened.”
