One person died and 32 were injured due to Iranian strikes in Kuwait, the country's health ministry reported on Sunday. Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad, a ministry spokesperson, stated that all the injured individuals are foreign nationals. He mentioned that the injuries included chest, head, and abdominal wounds, with 15 patients being taken to Jaber Al-Ahmad Hospital for treatment. In a separate incident, eight people lost their lives when a missile directly hit a residential building near Jerusalem, according to Israel's emergency response service on Sunday afternoon. This attack is the deadliest in Israel since Iran started launching ballistic missiles in retaliation for a series of US-Israel strikes that occurred early Saturday morning. Nearly 30 others were hurt in the strike on Beit Shemesh, with two people suffering serious injuries, as reported by Magen David Adom (MDA). Israel police indicated that the building experienced severe damage and partial collapse due to the direct hit. Footage from MDA showed firefighters battling flames and smoke at what appeared to be the main impact site. While Israel has intercepted most of the Iranian missiles since the conflict began, the Israeli military cautioned the public that their defense systems may not stop every missile. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) reported that search and rescue teams, along with medical personnel, are currently active at the impact site. A helicopter has also been dispatched for emergency evacuations.
