The United Arab Emirates reported that three individuals have lost their lives due to Iranian retaliatory strikes, according to a statement from the Ministry of Defense released on Sunday. The deceased included nationals from Pakistan, Nepal, and Bangladesh, who were killed by Iranian drones that breached the UAE's air defense systems, causing damage on the ground. Additionally, at least 58 others sustained minor injuries. Iran reportedly fired a total of 165 ballistic missiles at the UAE, with 152 intercepted by the country's air defenses and 13 landing in the sea. The ministry also confirmed the detection and destruction of two cruise missiles. Furthermore, Iran launched 541 drones, of which 506 were intercepted, while 35 entered UAE territory. The ministry noted that debris from intercepted ballistic missiles and drones fell in various locations across the country, resulting in minor to moderate damage to several civilian properties.
