Indictments filed against former Minister Chamara Sampath

The Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC) informed the Colombo Chief Magistrate’s Court today, November 23, that it has filed indictments against former Minister Chamara Sampath Dassanayake in the Colombo High Court. The Bribery Commission officials shared this information during a court session before Chief Magistrate Asanga S. Bodaragama. After the announcement, the Magistrate ended the proceedings at the Magistrate’s Court and instructed the accused to appear in the Colombo High Court when notified.
