A suspect has been taken into custody for his role in a shooting that targeted the vehicle of Thusitha Halloluwa, the former Executive Director of the National Lotteries Board (NLB), along with two other individuals in Narahenpita back in May 2025. Law enforcement officers from the Grandpass Police Station arrested the suspect during a raid last night (19) in Thotalaga. Authorities reported that the suspect was found with a drug known as “Ice” (crystal methamphetamine) at the time of his arrest.
