“Avurudu Gathering” at the Prime Minister’s Office begins under the patronage of the Prime Minister
The “Avurudu Gathering,” hosted by the Welfare Association of the Prime Minister’s Office, took place on April 25 at Temple Trees, with Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya in attendance. During her speech, the Prime Minister conveyed New Year greetings to all, wishing for a year filled with peace and prosperity. She acknowledged the hard work, dedication, and support from everyone involved in service. The Prime Minister encouraged all to find strength and courage to continue providing excellent service from the Prime Minister’s Office for the benefit of the people. The “Avurudu Gathering” included various traditional games and cultural performances throughout the day. Attendees included the Secretary to the Prime Minister, Mr. Pradeep Saputhanthri, as well as Additional Secretaries, officers, and staff members from the Prime Minister’s Office.
