The Sri Lankan Embassy in Riyadh has started a Special Weekend Consular Services Programme aimed at helping Sri Lankan expatriates who cannot visit during normal working hours. An official statement revealed that these services will be available on the last Friday of each month from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additionally, regular consular service hours will continue from Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., along with the new Friday session. The Embassy has informed applicants that while they can submit requests during the weekend service, any services that need more processing time will be completed and provided later.
