Israel says ground troops will advance and seize additional strategic areas in Lebanon

Israel's Defence Minister, Israel Katz, announced that he and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu have given the go-ahead for the Israeli military to capture more important areas in Lebanon. This action aims to stop attacks on Israeli communities near the border. Katz stated that the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) are still targeting Hezbollah, emphasizing that the group is suffering significant losses and will continue to do so for firing at Israel. He assured that the government is dedicated to protecting the northern border communities and reaffirmed Israel's promise to keep the residents of the Galilee safe.
