A stock of 50,000 Russian made Sputnik V COVID-19 vaccines were brought to the country this morning, the airport Duty Manager said. The vaccines were flown in by Emirates airlines from Dubai. The consignment was later stored in the Import Sector freezer facility at the Katunayake Airport Cargo Village.
