More than 550 people have died in Iran due to joint strikes by the US and Israel that started on Saturday, as reported by the Red Crescent Society. Iranian state media cited the Red Crescent, stating that attacks occurred in 131 cities. Among the casualties, at least 165 were killed in a strike on a girls' elementary school. Mohammad Beigi, a member of the Iranian parliament, mentioned that nine hospitals suffered significant damage, with several patients hurt during the attacks on Sunday. Additionally, the Chinese foreign ministry confirmed that one Chinese national was also killed in Iran. In Israel, at least 10 people have died and over 200 have been injured since the military actions against Iran began, according to Magen David Adom. Most of the deaths, totaling nine, happened in Beit Shemesh when a missile struck a bomb shelter. The Ministry of Public Health in Lebanon reported at least 31 fatalities from Israeli airstrikes in southern Lebanon and Beirut. Furthermore, a US-Israeli strike that targeted one of its headquarters killed four members of Iraq’s Popular Mobilization Forces, an Iran-supported paramilitary group, as stated by the militia's Media Directorate on Telegram today. The Defense Ministry of the United Arab Emirates reported that three people died in Iran’s retaliatory strikes.
