The Kalutara Crimes Division has taken two people into custody for their involvement in an attempted murder that involved a shooting. After the shooting was reported to the Kalutara South Police Station, police officers began an investigation. As a result, the two suspects were arrested on the morning of the 19th for changing the color of the motorcycle used in the crime, moving the firearm, and assisting in the crime. The suspects, who are 18 and 27 years old, live in Kalutara North and Bombuwala, according to police. Investigators found several items with the suspects, such as motorcycle parts that had been taken apart, materials used to alter the color of the motorcycle, a pair of fake license plates, and a counterfeit revenue license. The Kalutara Crimes Division is continuing its investigation into this case.
